Top Ten Longest Bridges In The World

I’m surprised the Oresund Bridge and Confederation Bridge (Canada’s New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island provinces) didn’t make the list. Confederation Bridge is the world’s longest bridge over ice covered water connecting New Brunswick to Prince Edward Island.

However, in an event that a bridge is built connecting the Labrador Peninsula (consists mostly of Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador’s mainland portion) to the Island of Newfoundland through the Strait of Belle Isle, that would clearly outrank the Confederation Bridge as the world’s longest bridge over ice covered water.
